1. Admission Procedure
Step 1: Click Apply Online in the website and fill in the enquiry form
Step 2: Note the Enquiry Number, User ID and Password that gets generated
Step 3: Fill in the online application form
Step 4: Upload the given list of documents
List of documents to be uploaded:
Attested copy of the birth certificate
Copy of address proof
Copy of aadhar card
Copy of Visa and Passport (if applicable)
* Without these documents, the application form will not be accepted. Kindly avoid further requests.

From Pre KG to Standard XII– The original school leaving certificate should be submitted before commencement of classes in June
The attested copy of birth certificate
Certificate of achievement in sports in district / national level (if applicable)
Copy of any one of the following as proof of residence for parents
Passport
Aadhaar
Ration
Voter ID card
Copy of Rental agreement signed by a Notary ( Only when any of the above document is not available)
Most recent water / telephone / electricity / gas bill
Copy of Aadhar card of the applicant
Copy of legal guardianship or court order in case of separated parents
Copy of Child’s custody rights (incase of single parent)
Copy of Adoption Certificate (if applicable)
Copy of the student’s Community Certificate
Copy of the student’s Immunization / Medical Records

Grade IX CBSE Registration card for Grade X admissions

2. Admission – Interaction :
From Pre KG to Standard I : The school office will inform parents the dates for interactive sessions. Both parents are required to attend this session.
From Standard II to XI : A basic skill test for various subjects will be conducted based on the class. The test will be based on the NCERT as prescribed by the CBSE for the current class in which the child is studying. If the student clears the test and is selected for interaction with the Principal, parents will receive a call with test results. The test will be conducted on Saturdays only and dates for each applicant will be informed after the submission of a completed application.
3. Eligibility for Admissions 2025-26 :
From Pre KG to Standard III : Candidates will be eligible for admission if they fulfill the specifications listed below below:
– For Pre KG – the child must have completed 3 years as on 30th March
– For Junior KG – the child must have completed 4 years as on 30th March
– For Senior KG – the child must have completed 5 years as on 30th March
– For Standard I – the child must have completed 6 years as on 30th March
– For Standard II – the child must have completed 7 years as on 30th March
– For Standard III – the child must have completed 8 years as on 30th March
From Standard II to XI : To be eligible for admissions at SRM Public School, candidates must qualify in the basic skill test and satisfy the norms specified by the school management committee.

5. Uniform and Notebooks :

6. Transport and Cafeteria Facility :
Transport facility * : Head of Transport in the Admin Office will provide necessary forms and details regarding fees*, pickup/drop points and timings.
A Cafeteria * : Offers healthy “Meal Plan” (Mid-Morning Snacks @ 9.30 am and Lunch @ 12.15 pm ) for Children who wish to make use of the facility.A Meal Plan form* is available at the admin office..

7. Withdrawals :
Application for Transfer Certificate should be given in writing to the Principal by the parent of the pupil. A minimum of 5 working days are required for the issue of the Transfer Certificate after the receipt of the written request from the parent.
Any pupil who intends to leave the school should clear all the dues to the school before applying for TC.
Once the TC is issued if the parent wish to rejoin, it would be treated as a fresh admission and the applicant would have to go through the admissions process.
